The Gap Young Community Center in Korea. Our beams comprised the main frame of this beautiful green structure. Walsh Industries provided all glulam, steel connectors and fasteners as well as the CNC precut of all members. Before we shipped this project halfway around the world, all joints were test fit at the pre-cut plant; ensuring a smooth erection process. To pull this project off, we had to coordinate engineering, fabrication, manufacturing and logistics. Different languages, cultures and computers--but see below for the great results.
